We're a small, friendly and steadily growing team looking for someone to take over the management of our production processes.

You are an experienced producer looking for a fresh challenge in a team where your work will have a deep and visible impact.

You will have an understanding of Agile methodology and work closely with our Creative Director to head up cross-discipline teams in order to establish strategies to maintain quality, engagement, and player satisfaction, along with commercial success. 

You will be responsible for leading the development throughout the creative and release processes and working to ensure workloads are manageable and deadlines are kept.


  • Ensure a clear, actionable game vision, partnering closely with departmental and project leads

  • Understand free-to-play KPIs and establish how the game's features and contents will drive each

  • Set and maintain quality expectations across the game

  • Lead Fusebox’s departments to proactively identify and mitigate known and emerging problems and risks, and promote team-wide and stakeholder visibility

  • Manage communication to and ensure alignment for stakeholders

  • Continuously work to improve team organisation, communication and effectiveness

  • Support teams in defining, evolving and embracing a positive team culture; identifying team morale and engagement issues and troubleshoot them effectively

  • Your keen eye for detail and risk management experience will allow you to achieve exceptional quality in all aspects of game production


  • Previous experience in an internal production role, with full project life-cycle experience

  • Experienced in a range of project management software packages

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • A good grasp of art, game design and technical fundamentals, including console platform considerations

  • Risk management experience

  • Independent worker with strong leadership skills for aligning goals, managing cross-discipline teams, and ensuring successful, on-time, release
