We're a small, friendly, diverse and steadily growing team looking for a talented PM!

You will work closely with Production, Design and Marketing to drive product vision, monetisation strategy, and feature requirements.

You will act as the Business lead across all projects, responsible for structuring and executing focused analysis to improve game performance and increase player engagement.

In close collaboration with the Development team, you will translate insights into content updates, feature suggestions, economy tweaks and other optimisations.

Working closely with the Marketing team you will support the launch of updates and game changes to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate to define the product vision, strategy, and business model based on a deep understanding of game design and engagement/monetisation mechanics

  • Partner closely with Production and Design teams to concept, define, and implement engaging features, content, & systems aimed at improving customer acquisition, retention and monetisation

  • Coordinate product and feature releases with relevant teams, ensuring they are measured and tracked by Analytics and amplified by Marketing

  • With the support of the Analytics team, analyse game metrics (acquisition, retention, engagement, monetisation) and proactively identify optimisations for player experience and core financial performance

  • Track the success of newly introduced features/content/systems after release; establish benchmarks internally and externally, measure performance and provide actionable recommendations to the project teams

  • Keep up to speed with existing and emerging game monetisation models and mechanics

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as Product Manager, with a proven record of delivery

  • Product Management experience in gaming (especially mobile) preferred but not essential

  • Passion for creating innovative, fun, and compelling games

  • Comfortable with taking ownership and accountability, self-starter

  • Ability to deliver data driven recommendations in clear and concise manner

  • Strong experience in quantitative analysis, including the ability to model game parameters in Excel

  • Exceptional team player, able to partner with and influence creative and technical talent alike

  • Flexible working style and agility in tackling both detailed problems and higher level product strategy

  • Great observer, a curious mind and a passion for games!
