Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the engineering team, creating a structure for continued growth within the organisation.

  • Create and oversee the implementation of a technological strategic plan for the business.

  • Strategically collaborate with Senior Leadership to ensure specific business plans are developed and supported; roll out and support new propositions, ensure the business has suitable infrastructure.

  • Identify new efficiency opportunities across the business and project manage the delivery - including process change, workflow solutions etc.

  • Monitor KPIs and budgets to assess technological performance.

  • Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.

  • Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors.

Requirements:

  • Have a leading background in Unity development that will allow you to think creatively when architecting solutions.

  • Experience managing 5 or more people (including Developers).

  • Proven ability to deliver an agenda to board level directors and senior managers.

  • Well rounded project management skills, excellent appreciation of technology and workflow solutions.

  • Experience in agile and waterfall methodologies.
