Junior User Acquisition Analyst/Manager

Fusebox Games is rapidly becoming a market leader in the Interactive Narrative mobile gaming space. We make 2D games with pride and passion, taking popular licenses and turning them into high quality narrative experiences. Our latest release, Love Island: The Game, consistently hits the top spot in both UK and US charts, and the company is now exploring other titles, including an original title. The company has just passed its third birthday, with a team size of around 30+, and is heading full steam ahead to grow the business into a 20M+ user base. We are developing our growth team, and looking to recruit a User Acquisition Analyst, to work closely with data science and marketing to drive digital user acquisition. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop many key Business Intelligence Skills, and would have a hands-on approach to dive in and have a large impact within the growing company.

Run and own the user acquisition P&L across entire games, working with cross functional teams in Product, Marketing, Data Science and Engineering to drive the highest ROI possible
Locate, negotiate and develop creative and innovative solutions for acquisition
Conceptualize, execute and continually optimize mobile campaigns on every critical mobile platform, including: Facebook, Instagram, Google and beyond
Support UA reporting, working with external partners & key internal executives to rapidly iterate on critical spending decisions in real-time
Contribute winning ad creative ideas and run creative testing, working closely with Marketing to execute on breakthrough creative strategies to attract new users
BA or BS degree, preferably in Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
A desire to be at the forefront of the mobile advertising space and the mobile app market
Creative problem solving acumen, as well as analytical rigor to verify or invalidate assumptions
Strong proficiency with Excel required, SQL is a big plus
Proven ability to effectively communicate with cross functional teams
Familiarity with UA performance metrics
Direct previous experience in mobile user acquisition is a plus, but not a requirement – we want determined, quantitative problem solvers with a passion for user growth
Full-time work experience with a preference for Finance, Consulting, Business Analytics or Marketing Analytics
Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads and/or Google Ads
Interest in gaming, such as narrative mobile games
