Marketing Designer

 Fusebox Games is looking for a Marketing Designer to join our User Acquisition team in our London (UK) office. You will be developing a wide range of compelling creative marketing assets to run on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Youtube, mobile ad networks, Google and Apple’s app stores. You will be responsible for the creation and execution of digital ads to scale our User Acquisition efforts, which will be seen by millions of users.

  • Creating and manipulating existing art assets into polished, usable formats across different marketing channels.

  • Creating functional and attractive layouts/designs for all our games’ promotional offers.

  • Working in a collaborative team environment, and within an iterative design process together with the Marketing Manager.

  • Ensure the integrity of the brand with attention to detail and quality of craftsmanship.

  • Follow good design practices on the layouts and compositions of our promotional artwork.

Position requirements:

  • Good portfolio of graphic design work based around creating meaningful marketing experiences.

  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

  • Advanced knowledge of animation programme - After Effects or Spine.

  • Solid understanding of Design; must have experience in typesetting, font treatments, page layout, composition, and colour.

  • A visual storyteller who understands how to communicate to different audiences.

  • Good levels of creativity, with the ability to generate innovative concepts, designs, and ideas.

  • Ability to analyse and adapt to different digital art styles.

  • Comfortable working with marketing goals and strategic insights.

  • Strong attention to detail is a must.

A passion for mobile and/or social games is a plus.

1 year+ industry experience in marketing focused digital multimedia creation and/or graphic design is a plus.
