Senior Games Producer


Fusebox Games is looking for a talented senior games producer for our London (UK) office, working closely with all departments to build mobile free-to-play games.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal communication skills to facilitate a positive working environment that seeks to deliver successful games. They stay up-to-date on trends in the game market, competitive products and seek knowledge for best practices.


  • Entire project planning, defining milestones, creating GANTT charts.

  • Hold day-to-day stand-up and meetings to ensure proper flow of communication and tasking with the internal team and external vendors.

  • Plan and organise tasks across all disciplines. to ensure releases are fully tested, prepared for release and pushed live across all platforms.

  • Manage project planning and task tracking to create more efficiency and better communication across departments.

  • Develop processes for the department from the ground up and continually improve them.

  • Manage the ongoing back-end projects, mitigate development risks, and rally the team when back-end issues arise.

  • Manage live services - monitor live product functions and ensure correct responses are actioned.

  • Produce new client features and make data driven decisions on live features to ensure optimal engagement

  • Manage expectations of project stakeholders and reporting on progress, successes, impediments and risks

  • Project management for the implementation of new features to existing products

  • Define and achieve milestones and accountability for game release deadlines. 

  • Communicate with senior management on a day-to-day basis to implement and maintain the company’s vision. 

Position requirements:

  • 5+ years experience as a games producer.

  • Shipped at least 3 mobile titles.

  • Be able to manage diverse skill sets and personality types across cross-functional teams

  • Ability to react to change and crisis in a level-headed and pragmatic fashion, maintaining a positive work environment while under deadline pressures

  • Experience with agile and other development production management techniques

  • Highly developed interpersonal abilities and soft skills

  • Excellent verbal and written presentation skills

  • Willingness to learn and able to self-teach new skills when required

  • Excellent computer skills with typical producer tools such as Jira, Trello, G-suite, Microsoft Office, Keynote etc.

  • Industry experience as a Game Producer in a production environment


  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree in relevant sector.
